BSY Cultural Arts was officially established by its Founder, Bai Shi Yin Yuan Zhang (Director-Principal) on 11 April 2012. Headquartered in Singapore, the performers hail from Singapore, China, Malaysia and Australia.

Objective： Cultivate and nurture budding talents and cultural artists imbued with skills and virtue and who are guided by humility and the affinity for doing good, with a strong sense of filial piety and patriotism.
Purpose: Advance and promote the appreciative culture of requiting favours received, and Positive Energy Culture.
The Founder, Bai Shi Yin, is the epoch-making researcher and the groundbreaking discoverer and inventor of Guang Li Liang Integrated.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Bai Shi Yin Organisation Pte Ltd; the First Permanent Ambassador of Persatuan Pencipta Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia Technologies Inventors Association); and the First Ambassador of Global Agrobiotech and Pharma Research Foundation. The entities of Bai Shi Yin Organisation and Yan Jiu Yuan, founded by Bai Shi Yin, were both awarded with the very special honorific of “Global Chinese Traditional Culture Educational Base”. BSY Cultural Arts was invited to perform in the “One-Root, One-Dream” Gala Celebrations by China Central Television (CCTV) and through numerous requests, have made other international appearances.
